Every time I see a picture of Swami Sivananda am stirred from within. There is something about his persona that I connect with it instantly. I have liked and benefited from his books on Naturopathy and Ayurveda. The  language is simple and easy to understand. As a nation we are fortunate to have such learned Swamis.
