From Mind To No Mind - Samadhi (Nirvana)

Chapter :

Conclusion
Swami Vivekananda’s well-known words aptly sum up the difficult  but not impossible journey from the state of “MIND” to the state of “NO MIND”,  from here to eternity, as beautifully painted by Shankara in his Nirvana Shatakam  and as  thoroughly examined by Patanjali  in his Yoga Aphorisms: ‘Each soul is potentially divine. The goal is to manifest  this divinity within by controlling nature - external and internal.’

When the vision of a person has gone beyond the  body-mind-intellect complex, when his internal and external nature has been  controlled, where is the question of the problems of duality like husband and  wife, parents and children, holy and unholy, likes and dislikes, attraction and  repulsion, day and night, success and failure, praise and reprimand, and so on  arising in him? He becomes Bliss personified. He enters the spiritual kingdom,  NIRVANA, KAIVALYA – a realm of ‘Sat chit ananda’.  Those who reach that state are called Isvara;  they do not remain human, they become divine – from BEING to BECOMING.

  6. All said and done every one says " you must control the mind. You must do this ,that and so on.In fact " Who is this YOU?"Is this YOU a different entity from all others like the Mind, Soul, Conscience etc. I f that "you" can set right by controlling or guiding in the way that is right, why then in the first instance it allows all these factors to run riot. With that YOU being the most pwoerful and second to none should always stay put in that state of Nirvana. Does that YOU really exist. I feel there is some LAW of NATURE which enacts this whole drama. you just play your part. That LAW knows whom to make what and that is it. It is ITS law that makes a beggar or a BUDHA. You are just an instrument. Only he will become a VIVEKANADA or A BUDHA WHO THAT LAW MAKES SO.Even the confusion that IT spreads in the minds of the men and the mice is again the Law Of Nature. It goes on. One age after the other comes, From the dark cave age to the present Computer age, all this is that NATURE. It knows itself and does things as it knows. No body else can do any thing except dance to the tunes of the SUTRADHARI ,The NATURE`S LAW. sO JUST "BE" AS ORDAINED BY nATURE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY. And again it is the LAW that selects in which age you will be. You may be in the dark age or in medieval age or in this Happy present age with every thing done by the machines which your fore fathers could not enjoy. That is all Your Honour

  8. The Mind is very hard to describe but this computer age has made many things very easy to know and understand. Keeping this in mind I tend to describe it in computer language.%0d%0aMind is a faculty of brain. Brain is an organ you can see it feel it. The brain have five senses to receive and process information. I call brian as a hard drive, when we are born it is blank. But as we grow this hard drive start filling up or get written every day. This writings on the brain get a form like a computer program. This program is mind. This mind start using the hard drive and its five senses the way it like. so the mind is a program a unique program.%0d%0aSukhvir Thethi MSW%0d%0aPsychotherapist
