In January – February 2024, I travelled to Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh for a spiritual pilgrimage. Notable destinations included Madurai, Chidambaram, Vrindavan, Kashi, and Ayodhya.

I travelled simply-minimal shopping, just eating and temple offerings and photos from phone. We don't see Hanuman Ji or Narad Muni travelling with suitcase in our epics! I took a simple backpack with bansuri sketchbook, and a purse, no suitcase.

My Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) Guru, Komilla Sutton led the wonderful Jan 22-Feb 9, 2024, Tamil Nadu Nakshatra tour. Most of the temples were Shiva and Parvati temples. Many were remote and a few famous.

At Madurai, Tamil Nadu we experienced the beautiful Meenakshi temple for Mula Nakshatra.

Our group outside Meenakshi Mandir, Madurai.  Chidambaram Shiv Mandir.

In this article we only mention Meenakshi Temple at Madurai and Chidambaram temple. For more details on the 27 nakshatras temple tour, please refer to Trips tab at www.komilla.com To see album of Navagraha Temples

Thereafter, from Feb 10 to 17th I travelled alone to Mathura, Vrindavan, Kashi and Ayodhya (all in North India). Basically hired a taxi and local guides in each location.

Prem Mandir at Vrindavan was mesmerizing. I was in complete resonance with Vrindavan. Radhe Radhe. Some pictures.

Kashi evening Ganga river boat ride and aarati were lovely. Next morning I experienced the grandeur and orderliness at the new Kashi Vishvanath Mandir in Varnanasi.

Ganga Aarti on the banks of the Holy Ganga at Kashi.

After emotional joyous tearful Darshan of Ram lalla at Ayodhya was over, I bought wallet sized laminated photos of Ram Lalla, consecrated murti, for sharing with family and friends.

I then experienced the ancient, beautiful, spiritual vibrations of the Saryu river, Aarti there, and a spectacular light and laser show

Weather was perfect-full sun.

I finished this yatra satisfied and deeply connected with my country of birth, India not to miss connect with Paramatman.

Radhe Radhe. Jai Shree Krishna. Om Namah Shivaya. Jai Sri Ram.
